Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use GrandJob at grandjob.io. GrandJob is owned and operated by B2B Geek Limited, a private limited company registered in Ireland (company number [company number to be added]), with its registered office at [registered office address to be added] ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using GrandJob, you agree to these terms and confirm you're at least 16. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we look after your information.

GrandJob is still in beta. That means:

• it's free to use during the beta. If we introduce paid plans, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice, and you'll never be charged unless you choose a paid plan;
• features may change, be added or be removed as we improve GrandJob;
• you may come across bugs or brief interruptions. Please tell us when you do.

• You must be 16 or over to use GrandJob.
• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in details secure.
• Your account is personal to you. Don't share it or create accounts for other people.
• You're responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

You own everything you add to GrandJob, including your CVs, cover letters, notes and goals ("your content").

You give us permission to store, process and display your content only to provide GrandJob to you, including sending it to our AI providers when you use AI features. This permission ends when you delete your content or your account, apart from the short period described in our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for your content. Only upload material you have the right to use, keep it accurate, and only add other people's details, like a recruiter's contact information, when you need them for your job search.

AI features create suggestions automatically. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, so review and edit everything before you rely on it or send it to anyone. You're responsible for what you send to employers.

Don't use GrandJob to create false or misleading information, such as qualifications or experience you don't have.

GrandJob brings together job listings and company information that's publicly available across the web. We don't employ, recruit for or represent any employer, and we can't guarantee that a listing is accurate or still open.

You apply through the original listing. GrandJob never applies for jobs or posts anything on your behalf, and we can't promise interviews, offers or employment.

To keep GrandJob fast and fair for everyone, AI and search features have daily limits. Please don't:

• break the law, or use GrandJob to harm, harass or mislead anyone;
• try to get into other people's accounts or data, or any part of GrandJob you're not meant to reach;
• copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer GrandJob, or use bots or automated tools with it;
• upload malicious code, or anything that disrupts or overloads GrandJob.

GrandJob, including its software, design, brand and content (other than your content), belongs to B2B Geek Limited or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use GrandJob for your own career.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve GrandJob without owing you anything for them.

You can delete your account at any time from Privacy & data.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk or exposes us to legal liability. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to put things right. If we ever stop offering GrandJob, we'll give you reasonable notice so you can download your data.

During the beta, GrandJob is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it running smoothly and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of important documents. You can download all your data at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, we're not responsible for losses that weren't caused by our breach of these terms, that weren't reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses, as GrandJob is for personal use. While GrandJob is free, our total liability to you is limited to €100.

We may update these terms as GrandJob develops. If we make important changes, we'll tell you in GrandJob before they take effect. If you keep using GrandJob after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts can hear any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of your local consumer laws and can bring a claim in your local courts.
