Our story
“Looking for work is hard enough. Keeping on top of it shouldn't be.”
Anyone who has looked for a job knows how it goes: a dozen tabs open, a spreadsheet you stopped updating weeks ago, and a folder of CVs called final, final-2 and final-actually. The search turns into a second job, and the stress comes home with you.
GrandJob is my answer to that. One calm, private place to plan your search, tailor every application and stay on top of every follow-up, with AI that helps you do your best work instead of firing off applications on your behalf.
In Ireland, when things feel uncertain, we tell each other “you’ll be grand.” It means it’ll all work out. That’s the feeling I want GrandJob to give you: steady, organised and quietly confident, right up to the moment you land the role.
